This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in complex mission environments, enjoys solving hard technical problems, and wants to directly influence Army ISR modernization.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as a Systems Engineer and technical authority, guiding engineering decisions and system‑level solutions.

  • Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and engineering reports supporting the TENCAP mission.
  • Provide expert technical recommendations and conduct trade‑off analyses to ensure engineering solutions are feasible, mission‑aligned, and ready for government consideration.

What You’ll Need

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2–6 years.
  • Experience with ISR systems, satellite communications, or intelligence architectures (highly desirable).
  • Familiarity with systems engineering lifecycle processes and Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting ISR systems in operational or development environments.
  • Proven ability to operate as a systems engineer in complex, mission‑critical environments, creating sound, feasible, and mission‑aligned solutions.
