• 组织设计评审，输出设计开发相关文档
• 负责样件的初步调试和功能验证，跟进并评估样件的性能数据.
• 制定环境试验、可靠性测试等测试计划（如高低温、振动、寿命测试）并分析结果，组织相关部门优化设计。
• 参与分析研发、生产及客户端出现的质量、失效或异常问题
• 参与客户投诉问题的技术分析、改进措施制定和实施
本科及以上学历，自动化、电子、机械、等相关专业， 3年以上氮氧传感器开发经验
•专业职能知识：
> 熟悉氮氧传感器的原理、结构和工作方法，了解其在汽车中的典型应用.
> 具备传感器设计，校准能力，掌握常用开发工具
> 熟悉汽车行业开发流程（APQP、PPAP、FMEA等）
> 能制定传感器相关的性能测试、环境试验、可靠性分析计划，并分析试验结果
• 备较强的工程问题分析决能力
• 工作态度积极，有责任心，具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神.
• 英语读写能力良好
