In this role, you'll:

  • Review, process, and action all SBR and data requests in line with approved governance frameworks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
    Identify and escalate unresolved issues or risks to the Senior Systems & Assurance Specialist to support timely resolution and mitigation.
  • Work closely with IT teams and Service Owners to coordinate the approval and implementation of SBR and data requests, ensuring adherence to governance and security requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity and system security by validating requests and maintaining compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate SBR and data audits, health checks, and compliance reviews to assess adherence to governance frameworks and organisational policies.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address risks or issues identified through audits, reviews, and health checks, ensuring timely follow-up and continuous improvement.

About you

  • Experience managing systems and data access requests, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and organisational policies.
  • Strong understanding of business systems administration, including configuration, maintenance, and access control.
  • Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve system or data-related issues efficiently.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling strong collaboration between business and IT teams.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience (3–5 years HRIS experience).
  • Strong time management and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
