Systems Architecture Advisor

What you will accomplish with us

As a Systems Architecture Advisor, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Translating business needs into high-performing, secure technological solutions
• Ensuring alignment of deliverables with architecture standards
• Overseeing the integration of solutions within existing ecosystems
• Ensuring end-to-end solution quality and integrity
• Mobilizing and guiding cross-functional teams
• Contributing to project delivery within timelines and budgets
• Maintaining documentation and traceability of architectural decisions

What will set you up for success

We are looking for someone who:

• Is recognized for positive leadership and the ability to influence in large-scale projects
• Stands out for their ability to simplify complex concepts, negotiate, and solve problems
• Demonstrates expertise in solution architecture and integration of complex systems (an asset)
• Is known for rigor, strong analytical skills, and strategic thinking
• Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in architecture
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Is proficient with architecture frameworks (C4 Model, TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
• Has experience working in high-availability and high-volume environments
• Is familiar with methodologies such as SDLC, DevOps, Agile, MVP, LEAN, and ITIL
• Demonstrates a strong interest in integrating artificial intelligence into solutions
• Is comfortable using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) in complex environments
• Has an advanced level of French (required), as the role involves frequent collaboration in French with internal teams and stakeholders
• Has an intermediate level of English, as the role involves occasional collaboration with internal partners and external vendors
