We are looking for a colleague with a system analyst and developer mindset. We expect that you will be able to both specify the requirements for the system and develop it yourself with a little help of programmers. For that you will use our strategic low-code platform dedicated for building electronic services and automate other business processes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Create system requirements documentation utilizing techniques like BPMN workflows, UML diagrams, and IT business rules.
Model executable business processes using BPMN notation.
Create document templates with MS Word's MergeFields functionality or the Formpipe Lasernet utility.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, both orally and in writing.
Ensure good user experience.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
Three to five years of programming or system analysis expertise.
knowledge of the lifecycle of software development.
Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning.
Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, use case models, and functional and non-functional requirements.
Experience and knowledge of BPMN, DMN, XPATH, JSON, and XLM would be greatly beneficial.
Basic JavaScript expertise would be useful.
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken).
Team player with an adaptive approach.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Monthly salary 3500 – 4800 € (bruto). We are open to discuss different salary based on your competencies.
