The Systems Analyst Solutions Architect will formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user defined needs utilizing full technical knowledge in all phases of applications systems analysis. This includes devising and modifying procedures and preparing detailed specifications to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Act as a primary resource for large and complex solution design; can dig into and troubleshoot complex problems, investigates and assists with the implementation of new technologies.
  • Document business processes and create and comprehend complex technical specifications.
  • Meet with users, project leaders and management to discuss and plan guidelines and criteria for documentation of a system, program, project plan, and timelines.
  • Create effective documents that are clear, succinct, accurate, and appropriately detailed.
  • Create solution document and describe/sell chosen solution.
  • Train end users on processes and transactions.
  • Develop training documentation and content for software platforms.
  • Create standards for documentation.
  • Make recommendations for new methodologies.
  • Edit written documentation of development and other IT staff to create unified and consistent support documents.
  • Analyze IT project requirements to determine types of documents needed.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new documentation tools and methods in support of documentation improvement efforts.
  • Identify new innovations and is called upon to assist with design of newly needed applications.
  • Create and maintain application installation and troubleshooting guides for high level programs.
  • Identify solution to a problem and test solution against all aspects of problem as stated.
  • Develop detailed test plan and perform testing on a large variety of tasks in multiple areas.
  • Understand the root-cause of complex problems, research and propose possible solutions both in scope of Greenheck systems and other available technology.
  • Lead a group through the testing and solution process including the creation of the solution, development of budget and describe/sell chosen solution.
  • Formulate and define system scope based on user needs and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify complex information systems.
  • Create complex technical design specifications from functional requirements including: system use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, system design models, pseudo code, etc.
  • Determine best application platform for a requested solution.
  • Complete the development entirely from the specification.
  • Provide functional guidance on large to XL sized projects.
  • Assess risks and salacity across entire domain.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience required.
  • 4 Year / Bachelor Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of programming concepts and methodologies.
  • Ability to debug or walk through complex program or process related issues.
  • Ability to asses risks and scalability across entire assigned domain.
  • Understand the steps needed for the manufacturing process to go through the ERP system.
  • Understanding of all SAP terminology.
  • Understanding of the full level processes and configuration of SAP applications supported.
  • Ability to read and debug complex ABAP code.
  • Has responsibility for the roadmap and future of the SAP environment, which requires the ability to collaborate with SAP to influence potential future changes and enhancements.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive total compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.  The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics. The starting base pay range for this position is $144,462-$178,453 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
