Job Description

The successful intern would get exposure to the following duties:

• Assisting new clients in setting up and configuring their CRM and AI solutions, including data migration, user training, and initial setup.
• Tailoring CRM and AI systems to meet specific client needs, including customizing workflows, dashboards, and reporting functionalities.
• Analyzing client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and generating reports to track progress and measure the impact of solutions.
• Providing technical assistance to clients, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
• Creating user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles to help clients effectively utilize their CRM and AI solutions.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest CRM and AI technologies and trends, researching potential new solutions, and contributing to the development of new service offerings.
