The StandardInsurance is looking for a Systems Analyst to join their team. For this role we are looking for an individual who has hands on experience with SAS code, SQL, PowerAutomateand reporting / documentation with Confluence or Jira. This person should have the ability to defect triage and handle ticket system management. In this role you will beworking withclosely with the desktop support team as well as external vendors to deliver the work. This position requires someone who has a background withapplicationlifecycle coordination, incident response, and vulnerability management. This person must be able to work remotely on PST time zone and be available for coremeetingshours.

As a Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Analyze and synthesize requirements and recommend solutions

  • Implement configurations to support the solutions.

  • Shape the transformation system capabilities from older systems to strategic cloud-based solutions that support our digital transformation and growth

  • CollaborateActuarialSMEs,architects, and data engineers to developsolutions.

  • Contribute - and at times - lead the test planning,setupand validation of solutions.

Skills and BackgroundYou’llNeed

Education:High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree preferred. Concentration in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems is helpful.

Experience:5+ years of experience as a System Analyst, System Engineer, or Technical IT Project Manager.

  • Hands on experience with SQL, SAS, and Power Automate

  • Extensive background with Jira

  • Experience with defect triage, and ticketing system management

  • Strong communicationskills andability to work with team members at all levels.

  • Nice to have – GGY-Axis Actuary experience

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

$94,500.00 - $160,750.00
