As a Systems Analyst I on the Pulmonary Function Team, you will support the technology and clinical systems that enable respiratory therapists, pulmonologists, and other healthcare professionals to perform, document, and interpret pulmonary diagnostic testing. You will serve as the primary liaison between Clinical Operations and Information Technology, ensuring that clinical applications, medical devices, workstations, networks, and workflows function efficiently, securely, and reliably.
In this role, you will troubleshoot technical issues, support clinical applications, assist with technology implementations, document clinical workflows, and collaborate with clinicians to enhance patient care processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, problem-solving, and technical skills, along with the ability to understand and support clinical workflows. Success in this role requires delivering reliable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and contribute to high-quality patient care.
A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The hybrid schedule will begin after training is completed.
