To analyse and interpret business requirements, translating them into detailed and actionable system design specifications. This job ensures the development and delivery of innovative, scalable, and efficient technology solutions that address complex business challenges, enhance operational performance, and support strategic objectives

Are you someone who can

  • Analyse business problems to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Function as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, SMEs, architects, and delivery teams by facilitating requirement discussions, providing trusted advisory support, and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
  • Write technical specifications, translating business requirements into technical solutions ensuring to include functional and non-functional system expectations.
  • Conduct system requirement risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to business processes, systems, and integration capabilities to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to support solution design and delivery.
  • Participate in systems analysis forums to ensure alignment with organisational standards.
  • Demonstrate organisational values through active engagement and professional conduct.
  • Design and recommend scalable, secure, maintainable, and cost-effective technology solutions aligned to business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Ensure all solution specifications and designs comply with enterprise architecture, security, risk, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage approved AI-assisted tools to accelerate requirements analysis, impact assessments, documentation, and solution design activities.
  • Apply AI responsibly and in compliance with organisational governance, security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve analysis, delivery efficiency, automation, and decision-making through AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Support integration of systems across platforms and applications.
  • Support testing activities through requirements clarification, review of test coverage, validation of business scenarios, and resolution of requirement-related defects during implementation and deployment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting system issues and resolving complex problems.
  • Ensure systems meet performance, usability, and reliability standards.
  • Support the delivery of seamless and consistent user experiences.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Contribute to digitisation and transformation initiatives.
  • Recommend technology improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate within Agile delivery teams, participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, solution elaboration, and release activities.
  • Maintain end-to-end traceability between business requirements, functional specifications, technical designs, test cases, and delivered solutions.
