The Systems Analyst (Developer) consolidates and incorporates project needs into designing and building innovative information technology systems that meet the needs and objectives of the business. This role communicates status, risk and risk mitigation plans, and acts as a liaison between Key Project Members and technical teams. The role ensures that there is adequate information to build new systems effectively and turn functional designs into stable and reliable information technology systems. The role is also responsible for ensuring production applications are operating at an optimal level and meets the daily expectation of the business.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Oversees the preparation and installation of solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
  • Provide support for the business day-to-day production by responding promptly and professionally to all production incidents.
  • Fix applications through SIT, UAT, and post project implementation.
  • Mentor and coach others on troubleshooting techniques and technical inquiries.
  • Build technical designs that meet Technical Architect direction of development standards.
  • Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Guide development teams through development life cycles to ensure project success within expected scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Document and protect solutions by developing confidential flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Seven (7) or more years of experience in Software Development, Information Technology, or in a related area.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Three (3) or more years of experience working with Infor XA or Infor Cloudsuite Industrial (CSI) ERP applications.
  • One (1) or more years of prior lead experience.
  • Familiarity with a formal project methodology or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
  • SQL database query skills
  • Knowledge on Infor IDF architecture a big plus
  • Experience using Power link, Net Link, System Link and ION integration tool preferable.
  • Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, and software.
  • Understanding for object-oriented programming and software development.
  • Experience in information system implementation or change efforts.
  • Experience working with software design principals.
  • Ability to develop based on provided functional specifications.
  • Computer analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with internal/external entities.
  • Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.

Pay Range:

$103,300.00 - $177,700.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
