We are hiring an early–mid level Systems Analyst who combines solid SQL and application development skills (C#/.NET or similar) with the ability to support and gradually modernize legacy Microsoft Access/VBA applications. You will partner closely with business users to understand processes, translate needs into application and data requirements, deliver enhancements and keep critical tools stable and secure. This role blends firsthand development and data work with business analysis and process improvement and is ideal for someone eager to grow across the full application lifecycle.
