  • 1-2 years of proven experience troubleshooting and resolving Windows operating system and Microsoft Office issues.
  • Certifications including MCSA, CompTIAA+, CompTIA Network+ and Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), a plus.
  • Familiarity with administration of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 needed.
  • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software) and networks.
  • Firsthand experience working in an IT service desk environment; using an ITSM tool to create, update and manage tickets with precision and diligence.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive and motivated to take ownership of problem resolution.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Skilled at explaining technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Be available to support after hours work as needed.
  • Some travel required to Hourigan job sites and/or Hourigan offices.

We offer our full-time employees a competitive benefits package including, but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, short-term and long-term disability, 401k employer match, and paid time off.
