Job Description

Our Client in the banking sector is seeking a Systems Analyst [8 Month Contract]

Minimum Requirements:

Critical Solution Based Thinking
Exposure to development languages C#, and JAVA
UML (Sequence Diagrams, Context Diagrams and Low-level Design Documents) and Object-Oriented Design Foundations
Integration Patterns - APIs (SOAP and REST) using JSON and XML, Queues, Batch
Databases - Ability to read and write SQL
Creation of FSDs (Functional Specification Documents)
Card Acquiring Industry Knowledge and Experience

Responsibilities:

Articulate and document business/systems requirements in a manner that is understood by all stakeholders, and clearly articulates the business needs and at the appropriate level of detail.
Ensure use cases are correctly updated, services are tested and correctly mapped.
Rapidly develop an insight into the platform and communicate effectively with people who can provide that insight. Demonstrate a good understanding of all elements that make up the Business and IT system domain.
Voluntarily participate, engage, and/or propose solutions during JADs, project meetings, WR reviews & SA reviews. Able to ask the right questions.
Independently approach stakeholders for seeking information.
Ensure that models and standards are done according to accepted UML best practices, and apply writing guidelines and templates (SRS, TWR, and impact assessment.). Make sure documentation is up to date and is aligned with the ongoing changes to the requirements
