  Recommend HA and backup solutions.
• 
  Monitor Data Center Components like Servers, SAN
  storage, and UPS.
• 
  Design, implement, and enhance Active Directory
  services, DNS, DHCP, IIS.
• 
  Design, implement, and Manage Microsoft
  Infrastructure services like WSUS, WDS, VPN, NLB, DFS, and Failover Clustering.
• 
  Manage
  MS Exchange Mailboxes.
• 
  Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot SCOM
  2012R2 & SCVMM 2012R2.
• 
  Configure and troubleshoot RAID, Teaming,
  Clustering, Fail-over and other Redundant Solutions for servers and systems.
• 
  Good technical background for replication systems
  (EMC Recover point and XOSOFT).
• 
  Failover clustering, SAN replication, and other
  high availability technologies
