In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering secure, reliable, and high‑performing server and cloud infrastructure services.
This role will see you maintaining and optimising enterprise server and cloud environments, managing operational risk and system integrity, and supporting business continuity through proactive monitoring, automation, and problem resolution, while developing expertise in emerging technologies and infrastructure platforms.
You will lead continuous improvement in system availability, performance, and security by implementing efficient operational practices and evaluating new technology solutions in a complex, high‑availability enterprise environment.

About you
You are a process‑driven systems administrator with experience supporting BAU environments, bringing strong Salesforce expertise to ensure stable and effective day‑to‑day platform operations. You work closely with stakeholders across the business and technology teams, helping to manage priorities while maintaining platform integrity and service reliability.
You act as a key bridge between the business and the Salesforce technical team, confidently interpreting and translating business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions. With a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, including what should and should not be implemented, you support efficient delivery while reducing risk and rework.
You have completed Salesforce basic and Administrator beginner training and bring strong foundational administration capability. Desirable additions include Salesforce Certified Platform Foundations, experience with tools such as Comtrac, Axon, or Atlassian, and exposure to testing tools like Tosca.
