About the Role
We are seeking a versatile IT System Administrator to join our TechOps team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership, akin to that of a site manager. This role requires flexibility to transition seamlessly between tactical user support and project execution.
What You’ll Do
IT Systems Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
End-User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new devices, and assisting with IT-related inquiries.
Software and Application Management: Install, configure, and maintain software applications and licenses, including productivity tools, collaboration platforms, and business applications, to support the needs of the organization.
IT Training and Documentation: Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and procedures, as well as develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service support.
What You Bring
Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.
Experience with Okta administration and automation.
Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS365 administration.
Familiarity with MDM administration and zero-touch deployment.
Strong network administration and troubleshooting skills.
Prior experience in SaaS operations management.
Proficiency in supporting both Mac and Windows systems.
