What You'll Do:

• Administer and maintain endpoint, server, network, and cloud environments
• Manage Microsoft-based platforms including Intune, Hybrid AD/Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365
• Oversee identity and access management (MFA, SSO, conditional access)
• Act as an escalation point for Tier 2 helpdesk issues and advanced troubleshooting
• Lead vulnerability remediation, patching, system hardening, and lifecycle management
• Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
• Ensure systems align with security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and best practices

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in systems or infrastructure administration
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365
• Hands-on experience with Intune MDM, Azure/Entra ID identity concepts, and hybrid environments
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, connectivity troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and NCUA regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-recognized certification
• Strong planning, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs occasionally

Work Environment:

This role follows a hybrid schedule:
In office Tuesdays & Thursdays, with WFH available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Some after‑hours availability may be required for system issues or urgent operational needs.
