Shape your world with work that keeps our digital services running
Technology helps connect people, services and communities across NSW. Behind every reliable digital service is a team of people making sure systems are secure, available and ready when they're needed most.
Play an important role in helping our people do their best work. You'll support and enhance the technology that underpins critical services across the Department, ensuring systems are secure, reliable and performing at their best. From resolving complex issues to delivering improvements that create better user experiences, your work will help enable our colleagues, customers and communities across NSW.
Working as part of our Unified Communications team within the Digital Information Office, you'll help deliver modern collaboration services that keep our workforce connected and productive. Partnering with technical specialists, business teams and vendors, you'll be responsible for the administration, support and continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive. Whether you're enhancing platform performance, strengthening security, introducing new capabilities or resolving complex technical challenges, you'll make a genuine impact on how people communicate, collaborate and work every day.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, exploring new technologies and finding smarter ways to deliver great outcomes. You'll be encouraged to share your expertise, grow your skills and contribute to a team that values innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
