Our teams work diligently to innovate and support world-class services, and we are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our IT Team.

The Systems Administrator is an individual contributor responsible for supporting and maintaining Telestream's internal IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based systems, enterprise applications, and endpoint management across a globally distributed, primarily remote workforce. This position requires the acumen to resolve complex user support issues and the confidence to work in a complex technical environment, providing hands-on technical support and administration for the APAC region while collaborating closely with the global IT team.

Telestream's IT environment spans Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Okta, AWS cloud infrastructure, MDM solutions, collaboration tools, VPN, and a range of enterprise SaaS applications supporting approximately 400 employees in 25 countries. The Systems Administrator helps ensure these systems are reliable, secure, and well-maintained, supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to IT projects and process improvements under the guidance of senior IT staff.

Working Hours: 11:30AM - 9:00PM IST

Hybrid: 3 Days in Bangalore Office Required

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Systems Administration
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with MDM solutions for managing and securing end-user devices for both Windows and MacOS
• Familiarity with identity and access management platforms (Okta or comparable), including user provisioning and policy management.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts, particularly AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, or comparable services).
• Proficiency supporting and troubleshooting both Windows and macOS operating systems in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with MDM solutions for managing and securing end-user devices.
• Automation experience using Workato or a similar tool
• Familiarity with FortiNet
• You are comfortable closing support cases as well as serving as an escalation point for helpdesk
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently and escalate appropriately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages (Python) for automating administrative tasks.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, MS-900, or current equivalents).
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or comparable).
• Exposure to ITIL framework and IT service management best practices.
• Experience with networking fundamentals and enterprise networking or firewall solutions.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions and practices.
