We are growing our Infrastructure and Cloud capability and are looking for a Systems Administrator to support enterprise clients across a range of modern environments.

The Role

As a Systems Administrator, you will support, manage, and improve enterprise infrastructure environments across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid platforms. You will work closely with clients and internal delivery teams to ensure secure, stable, and scalable systems.

This is a consulting-focused role where you’ll work across multiple clients and technologies, contributing to both operational excellence and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage enterprise Windows Server and cloud environments
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid infrastructure platforms
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, and identity services
• Support infrastructure modernisation and cloud migration initiatives
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
• Assist with security hardening and compliance requirements
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
• Collaborate with network, cloud, and security teams
• Participate in technical discovery sessions and client workshops
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

Experience & Skills

• 3–7 years’ experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support
• Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments preferred
• Strong Microsoft infrastructure background
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work across multiple client environments

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

• ITIL Foundation
