Salary Range: **$75,000 to $90,000 per year

** Starting salary is based on minimum education and years of experience and increases based on education and/or experience.

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated System/Network Administrator to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of our IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless performance of enterprise systems and networks, providing technical support to users, and resolving issues that impact business operations.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and a commitment to maintaining secure, high-performing technology environments. Security Clearance Requirements:

This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
• Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.

Qualifications

Required Education & Years of Experience:

• No demonstrated experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
