abra professional services is seeking a System Support and Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled System Support and Implementation Specialist to support, operate, implement, and maintain a project management and quality management system, while working closely with internal and external users, project teams, vendors, and IT stakeholders.

This role requires hands-on experience with system implementation, user support, project setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support, as well as strong service orientation and the ability to work with multiple interfaces.

A full-time position based in Central Israel. The role is mainly office-based, with occasional travel to company sites across Israel, approximately once or twice a week. A company vehicle is required for travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support and operate the system across its modules, including user and project management.
  2. Open and manage users and projects, including interfaces with SAP.
  3. Support ongoing developments and improvements with the system vendor and external service providers.
  4. Set up, manage, and maintain projects in the system, including templates, checklists, and control structures according to organizational and project needs.
  5. Analyze business and operational needs of internal and external users and promote their implementation in the system.
  6. Provide service and support to internal and external users, including project managers, supervisors, contractors, and additional stakeholders, both remotely and on-site.
  7. Monitor bugs, service requests, tasks, and developments, including documentation, prioritization, follow-up, and closure.
  8. Track quality metrics and implement continuous improvement actions for system and process performance.

Requirements

Professional requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working with project management / work diary / quality management systems, including user creation, project creation, user support, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

• Experience working with or alongside a system vendor and supporting system developments and enhancements.

• Experience working with headquarters stakeholders, supervisors, and project managers.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including preparation of materials and presentations.

• Experience with SAP – an advantage.

• Experience with information systems such as ERP / CRM – an advantage.

• Experience with data analysis using BI tools and SQL database management – an advantage.

• Ability and knowledge in statistical data analysis – an advantage.

• Relevant academic degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or related fields – an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

• High service orientation and personal responsibility.

• Ability to provide ongoing support, assistance, and quick responses as needed.

• Broad understanding and system-wide perspective of work processes.

• High mobility and willingness to travel to different sites across Israel when required.
