Job Description

Our client is a large technology corporation established by the Hong Kong Government, they are currently seeking a System Support to join their team.

System Support

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting and support for incoming queries related to STP Platform related system, web application, software tools and hardware.
  • Responds to isolated problems, determines and implements the solution for the issues.
  • Ensure timeline is followed the SLA and report to project owners and platform development team in a timely manner.
  • Ensures appropriate procedures and processes are followed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of platform development team
  • Monitors, evaluates and ensures the completion of tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Experience in AWS and Azure, Linux and solid experience on Action Directory will be an advantage.
  • 1 year’s relevant support experience.
  • Basic understanding of container (e.g., OpenShift, VPN, and network access)
  • Demonstrated strong technical skills/knowledge/experience and solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies/tools.
  • Experience with complex system (including performance and security) design and implementation, successfully developing/delivering multiple software products on-time with quality, within budget will be an advantage
