As part of the System Sales team, your key responsibilities include:
Report to System Sales Team Leader
Ensure proper assessment and intake of RFQs with Account Management, and formulate and submit quotation plans, resulting in a thorough quotation evaluation.
Translate customer requirements, create quotation, and coordinate the internal quotation process in line with the bid strategy/RFQ, including internal parties, resulting in a commercial and technical fit for purpose quotation at minimum cost.
Coordinate the review and approval process of quotations in cooperation with the account manager, in line with the internal commercial and technical guidelines/procedures, resulting in a management and/or supervisor approval that mitigates that risks and guarantees margins
Support Account Management with the presentation and/or clarification of the quotation to the customer, resulting in a fine-tuned competitive quotation in line with internal commercial and technical guidelines/procedures and customer requirements
Assist Account Manager in reviewing the Purchase Order process and ensure proper transfer to Delivery.
Provide commercial and technical support to Account Management, in line with approved sales strategy, to contribute to an effective sales process.
Ensure proper administration and documentation of relevant commercial and technical data in line with company guidelines.
Collect and maintain technical knowledge about market developments, competition, and provide this to Account Management a way that the department is optimally equipped to advice the customers and sell products to them.
What you will bring to us:
Bachelor’s degree in Electric and Electronical / Mechatronic Engineering
Min.5 years of experience with industrial automation in sales, engineering, proposal preparation or project
Experience in the Process Control, Products, DES (DCS, ESD, Scada, PLC, Field Instrumentations, Digitalization Solutions knowledge)
Desire to build a career in the process control / instrumentation industry
Understand complex projects needs and tailor Yokogawa offerings in the proposals.
A visible passion for sales and customer satisfaction
Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
Ability to work at multitasking and parallel processing environment
High personal drive for continuous improvement and operational excellence

Sales oriented and accurate
Fluent in written and spoken English
