Job Description

Mission

This position serves as a key liaison between Japanese motorcycle manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers, and global teams overseas. • Coordinate system releases and deliveries, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in project deliverables.
  • Lead and coordinate the technical activities performed by the system development team (estimation, planning, task assignment, internal and external alignment, etc.).
  • Coordinate other disciplines if no Technical Project Manager is present.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • In-depth understanding of Japanese automotive OEMs and their business culture
  • Experience in control systems, software, or electrical/electronic systems related to powertrain components for two-wheelers or four-wheelers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and build effective internal networks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic business applications
  • Availability for domestic and international business travel
