Job Description

1) 职位目标
1) Support of acquisition activities for E-Motors in China
2) Support of E-Motor development in China as responsible technical project manager for E-Motor

2) 任职资格
1) Education as mechanical or electrical engineer
2) Experience in E-Motor design (electromagnetic and mechanical design)
3) Experience in project management;
4) Good Oral English communication;
5) good know Stator and Rotor production process and test;
6) Result oriented;
7) Inverter knowledge is nice to have.

3) 任务
-Definition of all relevant engineering development activities, corresponding artefacts and work packages on product level
-Determination of product maturity and features incl. product configuration
-Manage int./ext. sub-system suppliers regarding requested development deliveries:
-> Development interface agreement (int./ext.)
-> Time planning / milestones incl. maturity/feature/release plan and continuous tracking
-Issuance of (partial) release recommendation for each build/delivery incl. prototypes
-Representation of the project together with the project manager at steering board meetings (int. + ext.)
-Technical evaluation of all relevant system development work products to be shared with customer and suppliers
-Customer's primary contact person regarding technical issues.
-Ensure risk analyses (e.g. Design-/FMEA, FTAs including workshop participation)
-Ensure product release prior to commissioning of samples/prototypes by customer
-Project-related decision-making, directive and monitoring rights -technique/procedure/modification of sub-goals/deadlines/release of results
-Ensure product manufacturability (in collaboration with design and IE)
