Supermicro is seeking a System Product Manager who can drive product strategy, support customer engagements, and ensure successful product adoption in the EMEA region. This role collaborates closely with marketing and sales to promote key solutions while engaging directly with customers to demonstrate product value.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and approve system configurations.
• Develop the EMEA A+ system business strategy.
• Support marketing events, product trainings, and promotions.
• Handle sales and customer product inquiries.
• Engage in project activities and track progress.
• Coordinate forecasting, RMA processes, and service needs.
• Monitor inventory to ensure healthy stock levels.
• Set up POC testing and provide guidance throughout the process.
• Perform other job tasks and duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in the server industry with a technical hardware background, software knowledge and Linux skills.
• Networking skills are a plus.
• Strong communication with hands‑on presentation skills.
• Fluent in English. Dutch or Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
