Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Hands-on experience in NPI project management, including project kickoff, schedule management, BOM control, quality management, troubleshooting, and sample builds.
  2. Experience in OEM project fulfillment, covering schedule control, Proof of Concept (POC) preparation, FAQ development, and issue troubleshooting.
  3. Strong cross-functional coordination skills, working closely with R&D, Lab, Procurement, Sales, Production, and other teams to ensure successful project execution.
  4. Proven customer service capability, including product promotion, roadmap updates, troubleshooting, RMA coordination, customer Q&A, and CRM management.
  5. Solid experience in inventory planning and control, including forecast (FCST) review, inventory management, and preparation of high-risk or long lead-time components.
  6. Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specification books, product books, manual reviews, and internal training materials.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electronics industry, with at least 1 year of NPI project management experience in the server or IPC industry.
