The SPD Executive will be responsible for the operational management of the System and Process Department (SPD) and will also assist the SPD Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all systems and processes within the organization are managed effectively. This includes managing the identification and creation of policies and procedures with all relevant stakeholder departments, as well as providing support and operational aid to SPD and individual departments as required to achieve ACE’s strategic goals.
