Make an Impact by:

  • Responsible in design and build of SD-WAN service infrastructure.
  • Perform new technologies market scan and technical evaluation via Proof-of-Concept.
  • Support Proof-of-Value to customer.
  • Assist in L3/L4 support escalations for platform and software issues.
  • Responsible in service product lifecycle management (EOL/EOS, releases, upgrades).
  • Responsible in new feature development and platform enhancements.
  • Responsible in technical planning, network/security engineering, and project management/coordination.
  • Responsible in defining Day 1 & 2 technical scope of work.
  • Work closely with Product, Pre-Sales, Fulfilment, and Support teams.

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor in Computer Science/IT Technology/Computer Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Enterprise/System Integrator/Telco Environment.
  • CCNP or equivalent.
  • Strong fundamentals in TCP/IP, routing, and network/security concepts.
  • Basic knowledge in Linux, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Good writing and communications skills.
