Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical leadership and problem-solving expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and highly skilled team of professionals.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our delivered systems meet customer expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (ITC Team, Development Team, and Project Core Team), troubleshoot and analyze test results, and develop innovative solutions for operational challenges.
You’ll specifically take care of onsite testing and performance analysis, but also coordinate engineering activities during the warranty period and manage engineering budgets.
We’ll look to you for:
Supporting onsite day and night tests alongside the ITC team to optimize system testing and consolidate results
Troubleshooting and analyzing test results to address failed test cases promptly
Escalating and following up on issues with the development team until resolution
Building effective cross-functional partnerships to enhance the customer experience
Planning and prioritizing Engineering System PVI to ensure client satisfaction
Monitoring system performance and translating data into actionable requirements
Leading the investigation and resolution of urgent site issues
Managing engineering budgets and ensuring alignment with project requirements
Coordinating and leading Engineering Change Control Board (ECCB) meetings
Releasing weekly Failure Management Reports to track and resolve technical issues

Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related fields preferred)
Experience or understanding of railway system project engineering, particularly in signalling or CITYFLO650
Knowledge of test and commissioning processes and methodologies
Familiarity with reliability, maintainability, and availability (RMA) principles
A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for test results and operational data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
