Job Description

The System and Network Engineer (Level II) is responsible for overseeing, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure across multiple client environments. This role involves providing technical expertise in system and network administration to ensure seamless operation and security of both on-premises and cloud-based systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and a variety of firewall technologies, as well as a deep understanding of virtualization platforms, such as VMWare. Experience working with remote access tools, monitoring platforms, and ticketing systems is also required.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as a System and Network Administrator, with a proven track record of installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and data center technologies.
• 3-4 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, providing frontline support and resolving issues via ticketing systems.
• Certification in relevant areas such as Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware (e.g., MCSA, CCNA, VCP).
