First Shift (United States of America)Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Supply Chain the System Manager of Mobile Medical Equipment and Call Center will manage all activities related to the Cleaning and distribution of medical equipment and gas tanks with all U of L Health facilities. This position will also manage the daily activities of the materials management call center to ensure that requests are documented and routed according to the established procedures.
Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Supply Chain the System Manager of Mobile Medical Equipment and Call Center will manage all activities related to the Cleaning and distribution of medical equipment and gas tanks with all U of L Health facilities. This position will also manage the daily activities of the materials management call center to ensure that requests are documented and routed according to the established procedures. This position will; Manages staff to ensure all day-to-day tasks are being completed in a timely and accurate manner. Makes sure that units have the appropriate equipment. Hold staff accountable for following all designated processes. Make sure equipment is properly labeled and within date. Ensure that calls are answered according to script and routed appropriately. Make sure call and equipment logs are properly maintained. Utilizes different reporting matrix to track calls and equipment.
