About You

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark’s investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium, that are essential to millions of lives around the world, and right here in Tzrifin Office .

Key Accountabilities:

• Own day‑to‑day operation and continuous improvement of logistics information systems (WMS / TMS / Rodent, Gespacho).
• Lead SAP logistics system usage, maintenance, and enhancements, ensuring effective support of warehouse, transportation, and distribution processes.
• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable system solutions that drive efficiency and excellence in excess.
• Ensure system availability, data accuracy, and compliance with global standards, controls, and ways of working.
• Partner closely with Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation, and distribution leaders to capture needs and deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to resolve incidents, manage root cause analysis, and support upgrades and releases.
• Lead change management activities related to system developments, including UAT, user training, and post‑go‑live support.
• Support operational reporting, data governance, and performance management processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing and supporting enterprise information systems, preferably within Logistics / Supply Chain environments.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP – mandatory; logistics modules - are a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of warehouse, transportation, and distribution processes.
• Experience working with cross‑functional business teams and IT organizations.
• Strong process mindset with the ability to convert business needs into system‑driven solutions.
• Analytical problem solver with the ability to manage complex operational issues.
• Comfortably operating independently while working across multiple global interfaces.
• Strong communication, influence, and user‑enablement skills.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Hebrew – Native.
• English – Fluent (written and spoken).

התפקיד מהווה גורם אינטגרטיבי מרכזי בין תחום הלוגיסטיקה, משתמשי העסק ו‑IT, תוך הבטחת יציבות מערכות, שלמות נתונים והתאמה מלאה לדרישות התפעוליות והעסקיות, עם דגש משמעותי על פתרונות לוגיסטיים מבוססי SAP

תחומי אחריות עיקריים:

• אחריות לניהול השוטף ולשיפור מתמיד של מערכות מידע לוגיסטיות (WMS / TMS / Rodent, Gespacho).
• הובלת השימוש, התחזוקה והשדרוגים של מערכות לוגיסטיות מבוססות SAP, תוך הבטחת תמיכה אפקטיבית בתהליכי מחסן, הובלה והפצה.
• תרגום דרישות עסקיות ותפעוליות לפתרונות מערכתיים סקיילביליים המקדמים יעילות ומצוינות תפעולית.
• הבטחת זמינות המערכות, דיוק הנתונים ועמידה בסטנדרטים גלובליים, בקרות ושיטות עבודה.
• שיתוף פעולה שוטף עם מנהלי לוגיסטיקה, מחסנים, הובלה והפצה לצורך הבנת צרכים ומתן פתרונות מותאמים.
• עבודה בשיתוף עם צוותי IT וספקים חיצוניים לטיפול בתקלות, ביצוע ניתוח שורש (Root Cause Analysis) ותמיכה בשדרוגים ובהטמעות.
• הובלת תהליכי ניהול שינוי הקשורים לפיתוחי מערכת, כולל UAT, הדרכות משתמשים ותמיכה לאחר עלייה לאוויר.
• תמיכה בדיווח תפעולי, ממשל נתונים (Data Governance) ותהליכי ניהול ביצועים.

• תחושת בעלות גבוהה, דיוק בפרטים ויכולת ניהול ריבוי משימות בסביבה דינמית.
• עברית – שפת אם
• אנגלית – רמה גבוהה (דיבור וכתיבה)
