Line Managerの強化
Cross Functionの会議体(LT、Cycle、CT等)の効果的運営
各会議体の効率的な運営
LT会議のアウトカムとして、組織における毎月のTo Doの整理
より組織に属す社員全体のエンゲージメントを高められるようなCycle Meetingのアジェンダ作成
各ESLおよびMSLがAPSを通して成長できるように議論を整理する
組織のDisciplineとExecutionを強化する仕組みの構築
