We are urgently seeking to recruit an Integration and Test Engineer Sr to be based on-site at our King of Prussia, PA facility. This role will serve the Mission Processing portfolio of programs.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution

• Design comprehensive test plans, cases, procedures, and reports.
• Execute test campaigns in line with specifications and timeline.
• Validate and analyze test data for accuracy and completeness.
• Documentation & Communication
• Author, review and sign off on test documentation (plans, reports, logs).
• Provide clear, concise status updates to stakeholders (internal/external).
• Support Test Readiness Reviews
• System Integration
• Develop and integrate automated test scripts into the broader tool ecosystem.
• Integrate large, complex solutions within the wider system of systems framework.
• Cross Functional Collaboration
• Work within a large, multi disciplinary engineering team to deliver systems on tight deadlines.
• Participate in verification and qualification trials.
• Safety & Security
• Ensure all testing activities being conducted comply with safety protocols.
• Enforce data and equipment security requirements during testing.

Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of mission data processing systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication – able to produce clear, concise reports and present findings to technical & non‑technical audience
• Proven experience creating test plans, cases, procedures, and reports for system integration/verificatio
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience in qualification/verification trials
• Experience developing strategies to support formal product sell‑off and acceptance
• Ability to investigate, document, and report failures or anomalies in complex systems.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance. Thus US Citizenship is required

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
