At Diagnostic Grifols S.A., we are seeking for a Hardware or System engineer with expertise in hardware engineering to oversee our external partnerships in these domains. This role requires a seasoned professional who can effectively manage technical activities with external companies, ensuring alignment with project objectives, technical specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware design, systems engineering, and experience in leading complex technical projects with external partners.

What your responsibilities will be

  • You will work closely with internal external partnerships to define technical requirements for mechanical hardware and define the overall system processes and procedures.
  • You will review and evaluate technical proposals submitted by external vendors, assessing their alignment with project requirements, feasibility, and technical approach.

  • You will develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and technical deliverables schedules in collaboration with external vendors on HW designs and releases. Ensure that project timelines, milestones, and dependencies are clearly defined and communicated to all parties involved.
  • You will provide technical leadership and guidance to external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You will identify and address technical issues and challenges that arise during the project execution phase. Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop solutions, mitigate risks, and maintain project momentum.
  • You will establish and enforce technical quality assurance processes and standards for electronic hardware and software development. Conduct regular reviews and audits of deliverables to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality requirements.
  • You will facilitate technical communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners. Provide regular updates on technical progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in MechanicalElectronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Experience in leading Mechanical design teams with internal and external partnerships.
  • Experience in technical project management, with a focus on mechanical and software development.
  • Advanced English (C1.1.) and Spanish.
  • Strong technical expertise in hardware design, systems engineering, and integration.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing technical activities with external vendors and contractors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
