Job Description

You would oversee and manage system engineering activities within your country or region, ensuring that every system is designed, implemented, and maintained to the highest standards.
Your work would be essential in aligning engineering solutions with the company’s strategic objectives and meeting all regulatory requirements—driving performance, reliability, and compliance across the board.

In this position, you will:

• lead the System Engineering function within your country, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery of technical services such as quotations and orders, in line with corporate service level expectations.
• track project progress, ensuring all objectives and quality standards are met.
• monitor production activities, making sure they follow established guidelines and timelines.
• prioritize development tasks based on deadlines and business needs.
• implement Group Strategy Guidelines locally, promoting best practices and leveraging corporate tools.
• provide technical direction for system design and development, and guide system selection during the quotation phase.
• identify and communicate resource needs (tools, personnel, etc.) to the System Engineering Corporate Department.
• collaborate with local Trade Marketing on product development and issue resolution.
• support Installation Area Managers, Sales Area Managers, and Service Technical Managers, both remotely and on-site, in resolving technical challenges—occasionally involving local R&D.
• be responsible for system-related technical documentation and certifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• You have 8–10+ years of experience in engineering management, including leadership roles where you've successfully guided technical teams and overseen infrastructure.
• You understand engineering systems inside and out—from design and implementation to long-term maintenance.
• You're familiar with industry standards, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols, and you know how to apply them effectively.
• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• If you also have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or a technical discipline—that’s a strong plus.
• You’ve led cross-functional teams and know how to drive strategic initiatives that deliver real impact.
• You’re confident in decision-making, problem-solving, and managing stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• You have experience in budgeting, resource planning, and performance management, ensuring your teams stay aligned and efficient.
• You communicate clearly and professionally in English, and if you speak another language, that’s a valuable asset.
• You collaborate naturally with internal departments and external partners, building strong relationships that support business success.
• A high level of fluency in both spoken and written English and French is required.
