Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for Systems Administrator

• Setup, configure,monitorand maintain user computers, printers, copiers, scanners, plotters

• Asset tracking and records Maintenance - Keep track of the asset additions, movements, working condition, decommissioning andmaintainIT asset register, software inventory

• Monitor the current requirements and estimate the future needsand produce capacity expansion/reduction reports for servers, storage,networkand peripherals

• Participate in procurement of hardware/software -Provide technical support to Procurement team for thein a timely mannertoassistthe procurement process for MIS items

• Do data (file/database/applications) and system configuration backups and implement disaster recovery measures

• Maintainuser permissions andapplication security, eventinvestigationsand compliance enforcementBuilding access.

• Perform hardware setup, software installation/configuration, and the day-to-day administration of Microsoft operating systems and related services

• Maintaining comprehensivedocumentationSystem administrators need to keep track of the usage of IT assets. Toprepare forpotential IT investments and enhancements, they record end-user demands, company specifications, and, if necessary, recurring IT issues.

• Adhere and Comply Magna IT Policiesand procedures

Qualifications for administrator, systems

• Experience in administering production SQL databases

• Experience with multiple cloud technologies,Azure

• 1 year of IT Experience
