Position: System Engineer / System Admin

Work Location: Bangna (onsite 100%)

English Required at working level

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Manage backup and restore operations using Veritas NetBackup (or similar tools).
• Administer Hyper-V virtualization and Nutanix AHV platforms.
• Maintain and troubleshoot physical server hardware.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security across all environments.
• Perform patch management, updates, and security hardening.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and related services.
• Support business continuity through disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with application, network, and security teams to resolve infrastructure issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Good English Communication is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Veritas NetBackup (or equivalent enterprise backup solution).
• Proficiency in Hyper-V and Nutanix AHV management.
• Experience working with physical servers (rack/standalone/blade).
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Added Advantage (Preferred Skills):

• Working knowledge of Linux administration (SuSE, Red Hat, or Ubuntu).
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of automation and scripting (PowerShell, Shell).
• Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds or anything similar)
