About the role

We are seeking aServiceNow ITOM Platform Engineer withhands-oncloud experience to build,operate, and continuously improve our ITOM capabilities in ServiceNow. This roleis responsible forDiscovery, CMDB data quality, and Service Mapping acrosshybrid on-prem and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and operate ServiceNow IT operations management capabilities with a focus on discovery, configuration data quality, and service mapping across on‑premises and cloud environments.

• Build and maintain reliable discovery architecture by managing mid‑server design, credential handling, network zoning, performance tuning, and monitoring.

• Improve trust in configuration data by applying identification and reconciliation best practices, enforcing data quality standards, and aligning configuration and service models to common service data structures.

• Create, validate, and optimise service maps that accurately represent application and infrastructure dependencies and support operational decision‑making.

• Integrate cloud platforms into ServiceNow by ensuring cloud resources are modelled, normalised, and governed according to ownership, environment, and cost standards.

• Develop automation and integrations that reduce manual effort and improve platform reliability using workflows, scripting, and application programming interfaces.
