Job Description

  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. (Alibaba Cloud)
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
  • Monitor (Datadog) and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
  • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
  • Participated in the design of development and operational support systems.
  • Understand and articulate the impact of Network Virtualization and Security base on Cloud.
  • Hands-on Support/implementation of cloud Install, configure, operating systems, network.
  • Hands-on basic installation, configuration of the Software is used for development.
  • Create document of infrastructure architecture and up to date.
  • Manage Key & Certificate.
  • Manage logs, monitor, kept according by SEC policy.
  • Prepare for Disaster Recovery Test every year & activity document.
  • Prepare for Data recovery Test every year & activity document.
  • Support Infrastructure audit every year.
  • Support incident, in case of urgent crisis, it may be out of working hours.
