We are looking for a technically-inclined and EduTech-savvy trailblazer to join us.
You will team-up with us and take charge to deliver exceptional IT service management while ensuring seamless regulatory compliance and technical service excellence for learning management platforms and supporting solutions, used by staff and students.
[What you will be working on]
Administer, maintain, and support enterprise M365 services, ensuring service availability, performance, security, and alignment with organisational requirements
Drive service improvement, governance, and security compliance for M365 services, including adherence to IM8 and organisational ICT security policies.
Manage vendors providing operational support by overseeing service delivery, ensuring SLA compliance, timely issue resolution, and continuous service improvement.
Lead or coordinate ICT project implementation and vendor management which includes procurement, evaluation of tenders and execution of projects
[What we are looking for]
Relevant qualifications in Computer Science and related disciplines
Intermediate-level Professional certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, identity and access management, endpoint management, or cloud solution architecture are preferred
Preferably more than 2 years of relevant experience in administering M365 focusing on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot
Experience in managing RPA systems and Microsoft 365 security and governance services will be an added advantage, including tools such as UiPath (RPA), Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, and Conditional Access policies
Experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities related to Microsoft 365
Technical competencies:
Demonstrate technical maturity in evaluating and accessing technologies to meet business needs
Proficiency in adopting and responsibly leveraging AI tools and technologies including vibe coding to support, enhance, and improve work performance and productivity
Demonstrated proficiency in scripting/coding in PowerShell/Python, Power Apps/Automate, Copilot Studio or other equivalent scripting languages
Understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP and OSI model; familiar with common protocols such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSH, SMTP, LDAP and TLS.
Understanding of Cloud fundamentals: IaaS, PaaS and SaaS models; awareness of load balancers like AWS ALB and NLB, as well as CDN.
General competencies:
Versatile and adaptable individual who is comfortable handling a different range of responsibilities and collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to multitask, adapt quickly to new challenges, and maintain effective working relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and end-users
Self-driven, independent, professional and an excellent collaborator/partner in teams
Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
