Job Description

As a System Engineer, you play a key role in the operational management, support , and security of our internal infrastructure. You work closely with a team of experienced specialists on innovative projects and technologies, following a clear roadmap while continuously improving and automating our environment. You combine a proactive mindset with a strong technical foundation and a genuine interest in cybersecurity, cloud technologies and modern workplace solutions.

What will you be doing?

• Managing, supporting, and securing the spotit infrastructure on a daily basis

• Collaborating with colleagues on infrastructure projects and technology implementations across business units.

• Monitoring environments proactively and solving issues before they become problems

• Helping optimize and automate operational processes wherever possible

• Supporting and improving Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint management environments

• Contributing to a secure-by-design approach across systems and infrastructure

• Documenting procedures, configurations, and best practices

• Staying up to date with new technologies and innovations within the Microsoft ecosystem

Your profile

• You know your way around with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure

• You are familiar with cybersecurity and eager to deepen your knowledge in this domain

• You have a good knowledge of networking, routing, and firewalls

• Experience with Cisco or Palo Alto is a plus

• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting such as Power Automate, Graph API, Azure DevOps or Python is a bonus

• You work proactively, think solution-oriented and enjoy collaborating in a team

• You communicate clearly and take ownership of your work

• Microsoft certifications are a plus, or you are motivated to obtain them

• You are fluent in both Dutch and English
