Pay Rate : $42/hr - $45/Hr on W2

We are seeking a hands-on Systems Engineer to support Product Development and On Market Support (OMS) activities. The role involves working with electro-mechanical systems, executing verification and validation (V&V) testing, analyzing performance data, and driving product and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and execute verification & validation (V&V) test strategies.
• 
  Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• 
  Support requirements engineering and risk management activities (FMEA).
• 
  Participate in design reviews, DOE testing, and product improvement initiatives.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and present findings.

Required Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (3–5 years experience)
  OR
  Master’s degree with 2+ years experience.
• 
  Experience with electro-mechanical devices.
• 
  Knowledge of requirements engineering, risk analysis, and root cause investigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Familiarity with IEC 61010, AAMI, ISO 13485, or SAFe Agile.
• 
  Experience with DOE, FMEA, and structured problem-solving tools.
• 
  INCOSE certification is a plus.
