Job Description

• Responsible for all aspects of system performance including definition, analysis, modeling, and simulations.
• Gather customer needs and workflows, and translate them into system requirements.
• Lead systems characterization, conceptual design, feasibility studies, and V&V activities.
• Support system integration, troubleshooting, calibration, and root‑cause analysis.
• Contribute to UI/UX definition for new products.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across R&D, marketing, and customer support.
• Travel globally to customer sites as needed.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical, Electro-Optics, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or Mechanical) – required
• M.Sc. in Systems Engineering – advantage
• 5+ years of experience in multidisciplinary system development (electro-optics, motion systems, Failure Analysis, etc.) – required
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or other high-level programming languages - required
• Fluent English, both written and verbal – required
• Experience and understanding of semiconductor industry processes – required
• Creative, analytical, problem-solving mindset and strong teamwork skills.
