Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling user identity and access lifecycle management, focusing on PID and application access management tasks.

Scope of Work

1. PID Management

• Manage daily BAU activities related to PID Part B passwords, including retrieval, request handling, and enforcing password changes in line with authorized requests.

• Maintain a password change tracking log and follow up with PID Part A and Part B custodians to ensure updates within 14 days or before re-use.

• Generate and review PID usage and password tracking reports (bi-weekly and bi-monthly) in collaboration with ISS.

• Coordinate with system and application owners to support PID system migration to the SG IDM team.

2. Access Management

• Perform daily BAU activities for application ID management, including creation, modification, removal, trader hierarchy adjustments, and access card system ID management, based on authorized requests.

• Conduct semi-annual user access reviews and obtain COO approval.

• Support application handover projects, ensuring compliance throughout the transition process.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms (e.g., CyberArk, Microsoft AD) or IT operations preferred.

• Knowledge of access control, account provisioning, and compliance with policies, standards, and procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Excel with experience in report preparation.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
