Reflexive Concepts is seeking a System Engineer 0 to join our growing team!

Reflexive Concepts is looking for a talented professional to work alongside a team of developers to implement and test new capabilities for classification-marking tools supporting M365 web-based applications, documenting designs and helping resolve user-reported issues.

Qualifications:

• Three (3)+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • An additional five (5) years of experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of eight (8) years

Required:

• Experience generating standard system engineering and test documents
• Excellent written skills and experience in generating program/process related documents
• Working experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with Wiki
• Experience in AWS (ability to navigate AWS dashboards & services)
• Experience working collaboratively with a team of developers, Contractors, and the Government

Desired Skills:

• Must be able to work in a collaborative environment, with minimal supervision
• Analyze system requirements, the concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirements specifications
• Gather, analyze, and capture customer requirements
• Triage user issues
• Track and respond to user issues/questions
• Establish internal schedules and milestones
• Report weekly/monthly/quarterly status in a timely manner
• Document processes and provide deliverable to the government
• Provide meeting minutes
• Ability to test new configurations/software releases
• Coordinate and identify test users for various scenarios
• Track and report testing results
• Coordinate software deliveries with external organizations
• Contribute content for the development of high level documentation and guides
• Strong, Time Management skills
