The System Director of Supply Chain will oversee all operations, including purchasing, inventory, selection of vendors, and distribution of supplies and linens. Will develop and implement strategies to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals through performance KPI’s. Will negotiate with vendors to obtain optimal contracts pricing. Will utilize data monitoring and analytics to evaluate past performance and trends to forecast inventory and distribution requirements. We want to use Lean process and LUM to manage inventory values.
Requirements
5 years prior work experience in hospital setting or health care field.
Prior work experience leading hospital supply chain distribution services.
Prior work experience leading hospital supply chain purchasing services.
Bachelor's degree
Stay active with Vizient and Captis on ongoing trends and changes in the health care supply chain sector.
Preferred Requirements
10 years prior work experience in hospital setting or health care field.
5 years prior work experience leading hospital supply chain distribution services.
5 years prior work experience leading hospital supply chain purchasing services.
Master's Degree
